The mason jars are filled with epsom salt and tealights.
The Christmas card holder is a Pottery Barn knock-off I made this year. I'll show you how I did it in tomorrow's post.
I'm in love with the mantel, especially how beautiful it looks at night!
And for those of you who asked on this post, yes, I did rearrange the Christmas ornaments, and yes, the kids did notice. Bad mommy!
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! I'll be back tomorrow with my PB knock off craft post, and then on December 1 we'll get that Printable Party started!!

It's absolutely beautiful! I already loved it in the day pictures, but it's simply breathtaking at night. Love all of the candles on top! I have been wanting to do something with epsom salt and this is just the thing! Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteI love the simplicity. It looks great and I love it all lit up at night. My mantle is all I have left to decorate and I plan to finish that project tomorrow.

what a beautiful mantle!!! I am trying to not rearrange the tree too....my 7 year old did most of the decorating and everything isw off to one side and wayyyyyyyyyyyyy down low.....lol. But when we turn the lights out in the room and turn on the tree it is lit up fantastically and you can't even tell...just in the daylight.....lol
ReplyDeleteLove the mantle- it's very elegant! Would you believe that I am a total bah-humbug about decorating for Christmas! I hate it! I'm ashamed of myself for saying that, but maybe yo;ll give me some inspiration!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful! I love the color palette... very festive! I'm a new follower. I hope you'll follow me back but no pressure!
