Since they have started attending their new preschool last fall, the change in my kids has been tremendous. One of the greatest gifts has been that they want to say grace every night before dinner.
The other night, Cooper asked if he could pray, and I said "Of course!"
This was his prayer (Imaging us repeating what he says):
Thank you God for our houses.
Thank you for our bones.
Thank you for our food.
And thank you for our tables so our food doesn't fall on the floor.
Amen.
Seriously. Love this kid!
See you tomorrow with a project from the laundry room!

Too adorable! Love the photo, too!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh... so precious!!! Once my twins started preschool at age 3(they are 5 now) it made such a HUGE difference. Because they were my last round of babies, I babied them a little too much. I sent them to preschool and they came home big kids all the sudden. Its so awesome to watch them grow and progress but a little sad at the same time.
ReplyDeleteSimplistic beautiful innocence - gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Awesome that they want to pray! And yeah-our food would fall on the floor without tables! Proof that God does have a sense of humor--out of the mouths of babes it comes! Blessings, Sharon
ReplyDeleteps/I work as a church secretary at a church with a preschool-I love it when the teachers bring the little ones by my office and I often find an excuse to go down the hall to see them as well! We also have a photo of the piece of candy in the offering plate as well....! ; )
Awwww love this!!
