Thank you to Marie Callender’s for sponsoring this post, and for being such a great supporter of our military. All opinions are 100% mine.

My cousin’s husband was a Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant who was stationed overseas a couple of times for months at a time while I was in high school. He was stationed in Japan, and I know that he always appreciated receiving any little comfort from home, be it food, photos, or just something that reminded him of being on US soil.

That’s why I love this new Comforts From Home Project, sponsored by Marie Callender’s. It’s an easy way for just about anyone to support the men and women of the US military. On specially marked packages of Marie Callender’s frozen dinners and desserts, there is a code that you can enter online at Comforts From Home.

This Pot Pie (which is delicious by the way) helped bring electronics, sports gear, books, games and more to troops stationed in remote locations around the world.

Owner at Yellow Bliss Road
Hi! I'm Kristin and I'm the creative mind behind Yellow Bliss Road, where you'll find tons of recipes, free printables, and a little decor and DIY thrown in for good measure. Life can be complicated, so I am all about simplifying wherever I can - from food to decor to DIY - because I believe that it doesn't have to be elaborate or extravagant to be amazing. I am a single adoptive mom with a daughter in Preschool and a son in Kindergarten. My kids are a handful, I'm exhausted and most days my house is a mess - and I'm okay with that!
