Vietnamese Style Chicken Noodle Soup
- 3 cups cooked chicken cubed
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 lb cooked spaghetti
- 1-2 green onions sliced
- Soy Sauce
- Hot Sauce
- Bring the broth and garlic to a boil on the stove. Turn down heat and add chicken (I also added carrots).
- Add salt and pepper to your liking.
- Ladle the soup over the noodles in individual bowls. Each person can add their own soy sauce, hot sauce, and green onions.
