This Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee is the perfect drink for a crisp fall morning.
Hey yall! Kelley from the Grant life here again to share a delicious homemade drink today. I just love fall! It has to be my favorite season in the year. And when I say fall what I really mean is “pumpkin season.” My seasons are divided into key food categories – anyone else do that??
Summer is all about lemon and ice cream and barbecuing! Spring is fresh fruits and homemade desserts and Easter dishes. Winter is hearty soups and warm breakfast casseroles. And fall is all about pumpkin!
I love when the weather starts to cool down and leaves think about changing. That’s when I know it’s pumpkin season! I start thinking about pumpkin drinks, desserts, and snacks towards the end of July because I am so ready for the cooler days and yummy treats.
This pumpkin spice iced coffee is the perfect drink to transition from summer to fall. It’s pumpkin flavored but it’s a cold drink in case the weather still says summer. Plus, it’s super easy to make and you can even use leftover coffee! (I did!)
And then you can top it with a big ole dollop of whipped cream, some caramel sauce and pumpkin pie spice. Ahhhh heaven! It’s the best way to wake up in the mornings. Or afternoon! This would be a great mid day pick me up as well. Or after dinner treat. Oh gosh. It’s just perfect for the whole day!
Feel free to use leftover coffee, homemade cold brew coffee, or even use instant! Just be sure to have some pumpkin spice syrup on hand and you are ready to make the perfect fall coffee!
