Smoked Tri Tip Soup with Veggies



  1. Heat olive oil in a 5 quart pot; add Tri Tip and brown on all sides.
  2. Add beef broth, water, garlic, Liquid Smoke and onion soup mix. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about at least an hour, covered.
  3. Add vegetables. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. If using frozen vegetables, add them during the last ten minutes. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
