Spring is just a few weeks away and a fresh and color simple spring mantel might be just what you need. Add my chalkboard Easter printable, and you’re set!!

Fresh and Colorful Spring Mantel and free Chalkboard Easter Printable

My blog is all about sharing simple ideas, and it doesn’t get much more simple than this. I’m so excited to be sharing my spring mantel today, and I’ve got a chalkboard Easter printable that I just love, that I’m sharing with you as well (you can download it at the end of this post). I also offered a colorful version of this printable just the other day.

I love decorating for spring and Easter – the bright colors and fresh flowers just make me so happy. In fact, I love it so much that I will buy a new bouquet every week so I can keep the freshness up there – nothing wrong with buying yourself flowers, right?

Spring Mantel 2014

Simple is the name of the game – just split up the bunch of flowers and place them in shallow jars on the mantel. I uploaded my chalkboard printable at Office Depot and had it enlarged as an architect print (18×24) for just $1.50. YES!! Unfortunately you can only get black and white but it’s perfect for chalkboards.

The best part is that you can change the color scheme to whatever is in season, or suits your fancy that day. I’m thinking daffodils might be up there next week – follow me on Instagram to see the evolution of the spring mantel!

Hello! I can’t seem to find the download option for the chalkboard version of this. Is it still available?

I absolutely LOVE this chalkboard printable. However, whenever I try to download it says the file is corrupt. Can you attach the file to an e-mail to me? I would really love to print these out for my daughters. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the beautiful sign. I have it framed on a table. A sparkly little spring bird is sitting next to it. Happy Easter!
