Fresh Blender Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1-3 jalapenos depending on the desired heat level, seeded, cut into quarters
  • 2 yellow "Santa Fe" Chili Peppers seeded, cut into quarters
  • 2 green "Anaheim" Chili Peppers seeded, cut into quarters
  • 8-9 Ripe Roma tomatoes cut into quarters
  • 1 bunch of green onions trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped (or 1-2 teaspoons, minced)
  • 1 8- oz can tomato sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro or more to taste
  • Juice of one lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Taste and add salt as needed.
