Spicy Garlic Shrimp
Spicy Garlic Shrimp are juicy, succulent and garlicky with a fantastic spicy finish. Delicious served over pasta or rice for dinner or as a cold appetizer.

- 1 ½ pound medium shrimp tail on, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley plus some for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil or parchment paper.
In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and parsley.
Add raw shrimp to the bowl and gently stir with a spoon to coat.
Spread the shrimp evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, just until shrimp turns pink and is firm.
Serve as a meal with a salad, or on top of rice or pasta. Also delicious as a cold appetizer served with cocktail sauce! Garnish with fresh minced parsley.
