Honey Butter

This is the best, easiest Honey Butter recipe! Only two ingredients are need to make this rich, sweet butter topping for breads, biscuits, muffins and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound unsalted butter 2 cups/4 sticks, softened
  • cup honey
  • Pinch of salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large metal bowl and with an electric mixer, beat butter and honey together until well combined and smooth.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge, and let sit out to soften when ready to use.
  • Spread on toast, rolls and more.

Notes

Variations:
1 tablespoon orange, lemon or lime zest
2 teaspoons cinnamon + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons apple or pumpkin pie spice
