1 8-ouncecan water chestnutsdrained and chopped
1bunch green onionsthinly sliced (some scallions reserved for garnish)

Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and Worcestershire until well combined.
Squeeze as much liquid as possible out of the thawed spinach (paper towels are helpful for this), and roughly chop.
To the mayo mixture, fold in spinach, bacon, water chestnuts and green onions. Pour into a serving dish or pie plate.
Garnish with thinly sliced scallions and bacon crumbles. Serve with cubed pieces of bread, crackers or chips for dipping.
Notes
If you’re looking to make just a basic spinach dip recipe, you can certainly leave out the bacon and garlic. I highly recommend that you give it a try though – it’s amazing!
