Place the broccoli florets in a large mixing bowl, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
Pour olive oil and lemon mixture over the broccoli. Add ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
Place the broccoli in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 375 for 4 minutes.
Use a spoon to move the broccoli around and continue cooking for 4 more minutes.
Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
