In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, seasoned salt and worchestire sauce.
Divide the meat into four sections and form round patties.
Use the back of a spoon to press down in the center of each patty.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches: 130-135 (Medium Rare) 140-145 (Medium) 150-155 (Medium Done) 160-165 (Well Done)
If using cheese, place cheese slices on the meat, and close the unit for a few minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Place burgers on the bun along with desired toppings and serve.
You can form the patties in advance and either refrigerate or freeze to cook later. If you want to refrigerate them, make sure to cover with plastic wrap and air fry within 24 hours. For longer storage, you can individually wrap the patties in plastic wrap, place in a freezer bag, and freeze for up to 6 months. You can also cook frozen hamburger patties in the air fryer! Just add your frozen patties to the air fryer (don’t overcrowd) and air fry at 375 degrees F. The cook time will be longer than fresh patties - about 15 minutes, but check the temperature to know when they are done.
