Ice Cream Sundae Cookies

Ingredients

box yellow cake mix
2
eggs
1/3
cup
butter
melted
10
maraschino cherries
2
tablespoon
sprinkles
1/2
cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse and drain maraschino cherries. Pat dry with a paper towel, chop, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, eggs, and melted butter.
Stir in sprinkles and chocolate chips.
Gently press the cherries dry once more, then gently fold into the batter.
Drop two tablespoons of batter 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-9 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly on the cookie sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
