Boil pasta according to package directions in salted water, then drain.
In a large boil, combine pasta, olive oil, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and black pepper. Toss until pasta is fully coated and seasoned.
Spread pasta into a single layer in the preheated air fryer.
Cook in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes.
Use a large wooden spoon to flip the pasta and continue cooking for 3 additional minutes or until pasta is crispy and lightly golden brown.
Remove from the air fryer and serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
You can adjust the quantity of any of the spices to suit your taste. It is important the air fryer be preheated before adding the chips to the basket and that they are cooked in a single layer so the air can circulate all the pasta. Tossing halfway through cooking time ensures the pasta chips will be evenly brown. Watch the pasta chips carefully at the end of cooking. One batch, I heard the timer but took an extra minute and it was amazing how quickly they went from golden brown to overdone. Be careful! Would be great with marinara, ranch, whipped feta, french onion dip, spicy dip, and sriracha mayo dip.
