Place milk, orange juice, yogurti, and banana nto a high-speed blender and cover.
Blend until smooth. Add ice if needed for thickness and blend again until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve imediately.
This recipe is very easy to customize with the fruits or juices of your choice. Leftovers can be covered and placed in the fridge for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw in the fridge overnight.
