Strawberry Vanilla Yogurt Popsicles

  • 16 oz. strawberries strawberries
  • 32 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • Popsicle Mold


  • Cut off the tops of the strawberries and slice each one in half. Puree the strawberries in a food processor or blender Fill popsicle molds 1/3 full with vanilla yogurt Layer strawberry puree on top of yogurt until mold is approx 2/3 full Top off with another layer of yogurt Place popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze To remove popsicles from molds, run the molds under warm water and then gently slide the popsicles out. There are many different popsicle molds available these days. This is the popsicle mold that I used for this recipe.
