Cinnamon Apple Monkey Bread

This Cinnamon Apple Monkey Bread is the perfect combination of fall flavors packed in a decadent breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Granny Smith apple peeled and diced
  • 1 stick butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and save the topping. Quarter the rolls and set aside.
  • In a gallon bag, add sugars and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Add quartered cinnamon rolls and apple and mix well.
  • Prepare a bundt pan with cooking spray. Add in cinnamon rolls and apples evenly spreading in the pan. Pour in melted butter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned.
  • Let cool in pan 5 minutes.
  • Either eat straight from the pan or flip onto a serving platter. Serve with cinnamon roll topping and enjoy!
