Ingredients

Topping

butter
melted
1/2
cup
sugar

teaspoon
apple pie spice
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
Fill muffins tins about 2/3 full (a regular ice cream scoop works well for this).
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
Cool for 10 minutes, then dip in cinnamon butter topping.
Topping
Combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon apple pie spice. Dip the tops into melted butter and then into sugar and spice mixture. Serve warm.
