I’ve been searching the web for a side dish to bring to a backyard picnic and so many are hot. Noooo, I need to transport this from home and serve, so a cold dish is a must. Also, I’m trying to avoid onions and garlic. No easy task! There are some recipes where the garlic or onion (not “and”) is a small amount so I may be able to just leave it out.

But the picnic side dishes on this site look fabulous. Looking forward to making some.
