New Year's Eve printables

New Year’s Eve has never really been a big deal for me, but as my kids are getting older, they are interested in what it’s all about. We usually celebrate small, with some sparkling cider and fun appetizers and still get to bed by 8 pm. This satisfies their desire to celebrate, and my desire to get them to bed on time!

I love these signs, although I think the clock face is probably my favorite. The download is an 8×10 size but you can enlarge it to 11×14 like the one you see in the photo above. There is also a sheet of 2.5″ clock face tags that are perfect for attaching to gifts or topping cupcakes. The “Pop Fizz Clink” was designed by my friend Chelsea at Two Twenty One.

Decorating for a simple New Year’s Party is easy. We always still have our Christmas decor up so it feels festive, and I’m able to work some of that Christmas decor into a cute little NYE set-up using some printable banners and signs. I also added garland and some of my silver mercury glass ornaments as filler and to add some visual interest.

For snacks, a vegetable platter and cheese and crackers are a must of course. We also have some hot appetizers, like these Butterfly Shrimp and Coconut Shrimp from Seapak that I picked up at Walmart. They come in family sized packages so we have plenty to last us the whole evening. And they are really affordable, too.

SeaPak Shrimp

The Seapak Coconut Shrimp are my personal favorite, and I love the Orange Marmalade sauce that comes with it. For the Butterfly Shrimp, I just serve with ketchup, but you can easily make a cocktail sauce by adding horseradish.

See how festive just adding that garland is? I got that a couple of years ago at my local party store and I just add it to the table every year. This year I created the printables so the black, white and gold is carried throughout.

My kids think it’s pretty cool that they get to drink sparkling cider out of these special glasses on holidays.

Printable drink glass tags for New Year's Eve

There are three designs of these little tags and they are perfect for adding a little New Year’s charm to wine and champagne glass stems or paper straws.

The collection also includes a Happy New Year banner with numbers so that you can add the year. It includes numbers 0-9 so you can use it year after year!
