How to Make Avocado Bruschetta

How to Serve

I usually serve this appetizer in one of two ways:

  1. Place the avocado mixture in a bowl and the toasted baguette slices on a platter. Let guests make their own bruschetta.
  2. Scoop the mixture onto toasted bread. Top with a cilantro leaf.

Storage

It’s best to eat the avocado mixture within a few hours or the avocado tends to brown. The toasted bread will last a few days in an airtight container at room temperature.
